Librarian

Kristi Taylor received her M.L.S. from the University of North Texas in 2009 and worked as a children’s librarian at a large urban public library system before deciding to become a school librarian. She taught English Language Arts in Plano ISD before becoming a library media specialist in Lewisville ISD. She has been a librarian for 5 years and is still excited about coming to work every day. She lives in Denton, Texas with her husband (also an educator), her two children and a lab who thinks she is a tiny poodle.

Mrs. Taylor loves to read fantasy books and is a D.I.Y. addict. Her favorite times are when she gets a chance to make things with or for her children.
